EVA geomembrane offers superior flexibility, elasticity, and impact resistance. It is soft to the touch and maintains excellent performance even at extremely low temperatures (down to -70°C) without becoming brittle. Its light transmittance (adjustable as needed) is suitable for specific agricultural or decorative projects. It is non-toxic, odorless, compliant with food-contact grade standards, and environmentally friendly. The material has inherent tackiness and excellent heat-sealability, resulting in strong seams. However, its thermal aging and long-term UV resistance are generally inferior to HDPE, making it more suitable for non-permanently exposed applications or projects with moderate service life expectations.

The Vinyl Acetate (VA) content is a core parameter, typically ranging from 5% to 40%, with higher content yielding greater softness. Thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 1.5mm. Tensile strength is moderate, but elongation at break is extremely high (can exceed 800%). The surface can be smooth or textured. Its chemical resistance, particularly to polar solvents and oils, differs from polyethylene and must be considered based on the contact medium.
Widely used for lining aquaculture ponds (shrimp/fish ponds) due to its non-toxic nature. Used in agricultural water-saving irrigation for reservoirs and canals. Employed as liners for constructed wetlands and ecological restoration projects. Serves as temporary emergency containment/capping material (e.g., for contaminated soil). Also used for swimming pool liners, rooftop garden waterproofing, and certain packaging/separation applications.
