The core advantage of this product is its unique material performance and structural design. Mn13 high manganese steel has excellent work-hardening properties; under the impact of ore particles, its surface hardness rapidly increases, while the interior remains tough, avoiding brittle fracture. The 8.0mm thick wire diameter provides ultra-high tensile strength of ≥860MPa, capable of withstanding the impact of large ore particles in crushing and screening processes. The quenched surface treatment further enhances the mesh's wear resistance and impact resistance, reducing wear rate by 60% compared to unquenched manganese steel mesh. The 80x80mm large mesh opening is designed for screening large ore particles, improving screening efficiency. The crimped weaving structure enhances the mesh's integrity, preventing wire breakage caused by ore impact. It complies with GB/T 1348-2009 standard, ensuring product quality and performance stability.

Adopting a heavy-duty crimped weaving process, this wear-resistant wire mesh has a wire diameter of 8.0mm, with uniform wire spacing and mesh opening, ensuring consistent screening performance across the entire roll. The mesh opening is 80x80mm, with an error of ≤1mm, suitable for screening ore particles with diameters between 80-150mm. Each roll has a width of 2.5m, which is suitable for the width of large-scale screening equipment, and a length of 8m, ensuring structural stability under high load. Made of Mn13 high manganese steel, its tensile strength is ≥860MPa, yield strength is ≥390MPa, and elongation is ≥20%, with excellent toughness and impact resistance. The quenched surface hardness is HB450-550, providing ultra-high wear resistance. Before leaving the factory, each roll undergoes tensile testing, impact testing, and wear resistance testing to ensure compliance with national standards.

This Mn13 high manganese steel crimped wire mesh is mainly used in high-intensity ore crushing and screening scenarios. In large-scale iron ore, copper ore, and gold ore mines, it is installed in primary and secondary crushing screening equipment, screening large ore particles into different specifications for subsequent processing. In stone crushing production lines, it is used for screening large gravel aggregates, meeting the material requirements of high-speed railways, dams, and other large-scale construction projects. Additionally, it can be used in coal processing plants, screening large coal blocks and gangue, improving coal quality. It is also suitable for metal recycling plants, screening large scrap metal pieces for subsequent smelting and processing. Its ultra-long service life significantly reduces the frequency of mesh replacement, saving maintenance costs and downtime for enterprises.
