The grating adopts integrated pressure welding technology to firmly connect the bearing bars and cross bars, eliminating loose joints and ensuring long-term structural stability. The hot-dip galvanized surface treatment forms a dense protective layer with a thickness of ≥85μm, effectively preventing rust and corrosion in humid, acidic or alkaline environments, with a service life of up to 15 years. The smooth flat bar design ensures no scratching of personnel or equipment, while the grid spacing design balances load capacity and material cost. It solves the common pain points of traditional metal platforms such as easy rusting, insufficient load capacity, and difficult maintenance, providing a reliable and economical solution for medium-duty industrial scenarios.

The bearing bar thickness can be selected from 3mm, 5mm, and 8mm according to customer needs, and the cross bar uses φ6mm round steel. The grid spacing can be customized to 30×50mm, 40×50mm, or 50×50mm. The standard size is 1000mm × 2000mm, and custom cutting services are available to meet special size requirements. The load capacity ranges from 10kN/m to 50kN/m, and the weight is about 25-35kg/m². It complies with ASTM A123 and GB/T 13912-2002 industry standards, ensuring reliable quality and performance.
