The anti-UV coated surface resists ultraviolet aging, with a service life of up to 20 years. It has strong corrosion resistance and can withstand strong corrosive environments such as acid, alkali and seawater, without regular anti-corrosion maintenance. The weight is only 1/4 of that of steel grating, making it easier to transport and install. The non-slip surface design prevents personnel from slipping, and the grid design ensures efficient drainage and ventilation. It complies with UL 94 V-0 flame retardant standards, ensuring safety in flammable environments.

The panel thickness can be selected from 38mm and 50mm, and the grid spacing can be customized to 38×38mm or 50×50mm. The standard size is 1000mm × 3000mm, and custom cutting services are available. The load capacity ranges from 10kN/m to 25kN/m, and the weight is about 15-22kg/m². It complies with ASTM D790 industry standards, ensuring reliable mechanical properties and insulation performance.
