It is made of Q355 high-strength carbon steel, with a load capacity of up to 80kN/m, far higher than that of ordinary steel grating. The integrated pressure welding technology firmly connects the bearing bars and cross bars, eliminating loose joints and ensuring long-term structural stability. The hot-dip galvanized layer has a uniform thickness, effectively preventing rust and corrosion in harsh outdoor environments. The reinforced frame edge design prevents edge deformation under heavy loads, and the large grid spacing ensures efficient drainage and ventilation. It supports both welded and bolted installation methods, adapting to heavy equipment rolling scenarios.

The bearing bar thickness can be selected from 8mm, 10mm and 12mm, and the cross bar uses φ10mm round steel. The grid spacing can be customized to 50×100mm or 60×100mm. The standard size is 1500mm × 3000mm, and custom cutting services are available. The load capacity ranges from 50kN/m to 100kN/m, and the weight is about 40-55kg/m². It complies with GB/T 700-2006 industry standards, meeting the heavy load requirements of heavy industries.

It is widely used in port storage yard floors, heavy machinery plant operating platforms, railway freight platforms, logistics port loading and unloading areas, and steel plant raw material yards. It is suitable for heavy industry, logistics, railway, port and other industries, meeting the rolling and passing needs of ultra-heavy loads.
