The board has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, with a water absorption rate of less than 2%, which can be used in the partition walls of bathrooms, kitchens and other humid areas in southern humid areas without mold and deformation. At the same time, its bending strength is ≥12MPa, and the impact resistance is good, and it is not easy to crack and break. The installation method is consistent with ordinary gypsum boards, adapting to the existing dry wall construction process without additional adjustment of construction technology, reducing the construction threshold.

The conventional size is 1200mm×2400mm, with three thickness options of 9mm, 12mm and 15mm to adapt to different fire resistance level requirements. The density of the board is 1.1-1.3g/cm³, the moisture content is controlled within 6%, and the water absorption rate is ≤2%, effectively avoiding deformation in humid environments. The fire resistance duration can reach 2-3 hours, complying with fire protection standards such as ASTM E119 and GB 8624 Class A, and can provide third-party test certification. In addition, the board has good processability, can be cut, drilled, pasted with decorative materials, adapting to various interior decoration needs.
It is mainly applicable to indoor partition walls of residential buildings, hotel guest room partitions, school classroom partition walls, hospital ward walls, decorative partitions of commercial stores and other scenarios. Due to its excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, it can also be used in the partition walls of bathrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and other humid areas without additional waterproof treatment. At the same time, its environmental performance complies with domestic and foreign indoor air quality standards, meeting the design requirements of green buildings and providing a safe and healthy indoor space for users.
