Made by high-pressure steam curing process, the base material density can reach 1300-1500kg/m³, and the impact resistance is improved by 60% compared with ordinary fire-resistant boards. It has a fire resistance duration of up to 3 hours (for the 20mm thickness version) in accordance with ASTM E119 standards, and can withstand high temperatures of 800℃. The surface is treated with fluorocarbon spraying, which has acid and alkali resistance and anti-aging performance. It is suitable for environments with corrosive media such as chemical workshops and power control rooms, solving the pain points of traditional fire-resistant boards such as easy damage and insufficient fire resistance duration in harsh industrial environments. It also meets Class A fire rating and has no formaldehyde release.

Available sizes are 1200mm×2400mm and 1500mm×3000mm, with thickness options of 15mm and 20mm. The apparent density is 1300-1500kg/m³, compressive strength is ≥20MPa, bending strength is ≥15MPa, acid and alkali resistance complies with GB/T 17657-2013, fire resistance duration is 3 hours for the 20mm thickness version, working temperature range is -20℃~800℃. Each pallet contains 4 sheets of boards.

It is suitable for chemical warehouses, power equipment rooms, heavy industrial workshops, fire partitions of subway tunnels and fire compartments of ship cabins. It can be used as permanent fire partitions and fire ceiling materials, meeting the high-strength and high-fire-resistance requirements of industrial buildings and complying with international fire certification standards.
