Compared with traditional cement boards, this GRC firewall board adds alkali-resistant glass fiber, greatly improving flexural strength and impact resistance to avoid cracking and breakage. It has passed IPX6 waterproof rating, which can resist short-term immersion without performance degradation. The UV-stabilized formula prevents fading and strength loss after long-term outdoor use. It meets ASTM E119 Class A fire rating, with 20mm thickness achieving 4 hours of fire resistance, meeting fire partition requirements for large factories and outdoor pipe wells. The E1 environmental standard ensures low formaldehyde emission during production and use.
The standard panel size is 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 15mm and 20mm. The panel density is 1200kg/m³, with anti-slip texture on the surface suitable for outdoor wall decoration. It can be installed via dry screw and structural adhesive bonding, fitting light steel keel and concrete wall bases. The matching sealant can effectively block smoke and fire spread.
It is suitable for outdoor factory walls, sewage treatment workshop walls, basement fire partitions, subway ventilation pipe protective layers and other scenarios. It meets the multiple requirements of fire resistance, waterproof and anti-aging, especially for high-humidity and high-salt spray environments like coastal areas. It can also be used as fire-proof backboards for outdoor billboards.
