The core advantage of this fireproof gypsum board is its excellent cost-effectiveness. Compared with other high-end fireproof boards, its price is lower, while maintaining stable fire resistance performance, which can meet the fire separation requirements of most civil and commercial buildings. The added flame retardant additives can effectively improve the fire resistance duration of the board, which can reach up to 2 hours, delaying the spread of fire in the event of a fire and gaining time for personnel escape. The installation method is consistent with ordinary gypsum boards, adapting to the existing dry wall construction process, which can complete the installation quickly and reduce construction costs. At the same time, the board has good processability, can be cut, drilled, pasted with decorative materials, adapting to various interior decoration styles and meeting diverse decoration needs.

The conventional sizes are 1200mm×2400mm and 1220mm×2440mm, with three thickness options of 9.5mm, 12mm and 15mm to adapt to different fire resistance level requirements. The density of the board is 0.9-1.1g/cm³, the bending strength is ≥8MPa, the compressive strength is ≥10MPa, and the moisture content is controlled within 8%. It complies with fire protection standards such as GB 8624 B1/A Class and ASTM C1396, and can provide third-party test reports. At the same time, the surface of the board is flat, which can be directly painted or pasted with wallpaper without additional leveling treatment, simplifying the decoration process.
It is mainly applicable to indoor partition walls of ordinary residential buildings, office place partitions, commercial store decoration, school classroom partition walls and other conventional building scenarios. It can be used as a basic fire separation material, providing basic fire protection functions for buildings, and also has the effects of sound insulation and beauty. Due to its controllable cost advantage, it is also the first choice for large-scale use of fireproof boards in large construction projects, which can effectively control construction material costs while meeting fire safety requirements.
