This product uses nano-scale silicon-calcium whisker reinforced materials to significantly improve flexural strength and avoid common cracking problems of traditional partition boards. It is pre-coated with a special interface treatment layer, which greatly improves the bonding force with metal keels and mortar layers, reducing the risk of falling off during long-term use. It fully matches the prefabricated construction system, supporting rapid cutting and on-site splicing, which can effectively reduce on-site wet work, shorten the overall construction period and lower labor costs. It has passed double certifications of UL and GB8624, with stable and reliable fire resistance performance, solving the core pain points of traditional partition boards such as insufficient fire rating, complex installation process and poor durability.

The standard specification of this high-density calcium silicate firewall panel is 1200mm × 2400mm, with optional thicknesses of 12mm, 15mm and 18mm to meet different fire resistance and load-bearing requirements for various building scenarios. The density is stabilized at 1200kg/m³, the moisture content is strictly controlled within 8%, the flexural strength is not less than 12MPa, and the compressive strength is not less than 25MPa, ensuring excellent structural stability during long-term use. The sound insulation coefficient can reach 45dB, which can effectively block indoor noise transmission and create a quiet indoor environment. The corner of the board is designed with rounded chamfers to reduce the risk of collision during transportation and installation, and complies with national construction safety specifications. The surface is treated with an environmentally friendly waterproof coating, which can resist daily water splash and avoid mildew in humid environments such as basements and bathrooms.
This product is suitable for fire partition walls of large commercial complexes, internal functional partitions of high-end office buildings, enclosure structures of hospital clean areas and operating rooms, corridor fire walls of primary and secondary schools and universities, fire zoning of subway stations and other public places. It can fully meet the fire acceptance requirements of large public buildings specified in national fire codes, and adapt to the rapid landing needs of prefabricated decoration. It can replace traditional brick partition walls, reduce the overall load of the building by more than 60%, and is suitable for new construction, renovation and expansion projects of various commercial and civil buildings, greatly improving construction efficiency.
