The standard size of a single wallboard is 2440mm×610mm×100mm, with a fire resistance duration of 2 hours in accordance with ASTM E119 standards, and the fire rating is Class A. The sound insulation performance can reach 45dB, which can effectively block the spread of indoor noise. Its waterproof performance is better than traditional partition boards, suitable for high-humidity spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms. The surface can be directly painted and decorated without additional leveling, solving the pain points of cumbersome installation and long construction period of traditional partition boards. It also meets E0 environmental protection standards with no formaldehyde release.
The standard size of a single board is 2440mm (length) ×610mm (width) ×100mm (thickness), the apparent density is 600-650kg/m³, compressive strength is ≥15MPa, sound insulation performance is ≥45dB, fire resistance duration is 2h, waterproof performance complies with GB/T 4208-2017 IP65 standard, environmental protection grade is E0. It adopts mortise and tenon connection without on-site pouring, and each pallet contains 10 pieces of boards.
