The thickness is only 2.5mm, and the weight is reduced by 70% compared with traditional hard fire-resistant cladding boards. The flexible bending radius is up to 50mm, which is suitable for pipe diameter range from DN50 to DN1000. It has a fire resistance duration of 1.5 hours in accordance with ASTM E119 standards, and can withstand high temperatures of 600℃. The surface is treated with a waterproof film coating, which has excellent waterproof performance. It can be installed directly by winding without complex brackets, solving the problem of difficult wrapping of special-shaped pipes with traditional hard fire-resistant boards. It also meets E0 environmental protection standards with no harmful gas released.
The standard width is 1000mm, and the length can be customized. The thickness is 2.5mm, the apparent density is 300-350kg/m³, fire resistance duration is 1.5h, fire rating is Class A, working temperature range is -10℃~600℃, waterproof performance complies with GB/T 4208-2017 IP65 standard, anti-aging service life is more than 10 years. Each roll contains 50 Square Meters of boards.
It is suitable for fire protection cladding of municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, HVAC pipelines, gas pipelines and chemical pipelines. It can be used for fire protection of pipe shafts in commercial buildings, industrial plants and residential quarters, meeting the requirements of fire isolation for pipelines in fire acceptance and effectively preventing the spread of fire through pipelines.
