Adopts gypsum base material added with glass fiber and flame retardant additives, its fire performance is improved by 40% compared with ordinary gypsum boards. It has a fire resistance duration of up to 2 hours (for the 12.7mm thickness version) in accordance with ASTM E119 standards. The surface is treated with a moisture-proof coating, making it suitable for high-humidity spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms. It can be installed without additional fire-resistant paint, solving the pain points of traditional fire-resistant boards such as cumbersome installation and easy failure due to moisture. It also meets E0 environmental protection standards with no harmful volatile substances released.
The standard size is 1220mm×2440mm (4ft×8ft), with thickness options of 9.5mm and 12.7mm. The apparent density is 800-850kg/m³, compressive strength is ≥10MPa, water absorption rate is ≤10%. It has a Class A fire rating (GB 8624-2012), and the fire resistance duration is 2 hours for the 12.7mm thickness version. The surface is matte paper treated, and each pallet contains 6 sheets of boards.
It is suitable for indoor partitions of residential buildings, ceilings of commercial office areas, fire partitions of school corridors, and partitions of hotel guest rooms. It meets domestic and North American fire acceptance standards, and can form a complete fire-resistant partition system with light steel keels, meeting the fire safety requirements of public spaces.
