The core advantage of this product is its prefabricated integrated installation design, eliminating on-site keel construction and core material filling, which greatly shortens the construction period and reduces labor costs. The galvanized steel skeleton has excellent corrosion resistance, avoiding rust and deformation. The rock wool core layer has passed ASTM E119 Class A fire rating, with 100mm thickness achieving 4 hours of fire resistance, effectively blocking fire spread in large-span spaces. It has high compressive strength, resisting minor collisions from industrial equipment like forklifts, and avoiding dents and damage. The IPX4 waterproof rating meets the usage requirements of industrial workshops with a small amount of accumulated water.
The overall panel size is 1220mm × 2700mm, with optional sandwich thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. The skeleton uses 0.8mm thick galvanized cold-rolled steel plate, and the core layer is high-density rock wool with a density of 120kg/m³. The overall panel density is 1500kg/m³, with compressive strength not less than 200kPa and flexural strength not less than 18MPa. It comes with matching hanging parts and connecting screws for quick partition construction, fitting the space division needs of large-span industrial workshops.
It is mainly used for fire-proof partitions and area divisions of industrial workshops, logistics centers, large warehouses, automobile manufacturing workshops and airport terminals. It meets multiple requirements of fire resistance, structural support and thermal insulation, adapting to quick construction and safety renovation projects of large industrial buildings.
