The buckle connection installation method does not require a lot of wet work on site, and the installation efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with traditional partition wall boards, greatly reducing labor costs. In addition, the board has moisture and corrosion resistance, which can be stably used in low-temperature storage, cold chain logistics and other environments, and the service life can reach more than 15 years.

The conventional size is 1180mm×2400mm, with three core thickness options of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm, corresponding to different fire resistance and thermal insulation levels. The surface layer thickness is 0.4-0.6mm, the overall board density is 120-150kg/m³, the fire resistance duration can reach 2-4 hours, the sound insulation performance is more than 48dB, and the thermal conductivity is ≤0.035 W/(m·K). It complies with fire protection standards such as GB 8624 Class A and ISO 1182, and can provide third-party fire protection test reports to ensure that the performance meets the building design requirements.
It is mainly applicable to prefabricated temporary office buildings, cold chain warehouses, industrial plant partition walls, activity board houses, temporary partition walls of large venues and other scenarios. It can quickly build fire separation areas, and has the functions of heat preservation and sound insulation, especially suitable for building scenarios that need to be built temporarily or moved and transformed. In addition, due to its excellent fire resistance, it can also be used in equipment isolation walls of petrochemical parks, pipe shaft sealing plates of power plants and other high-risk scenarios, providing reliable fire protection for equipment and personnel.
