The core advantage of this fireproof wall board is that it adopts alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced structure, which greatly improves the bending strength and deformation resistance of the board, avoiding the problems of cracking and falling off of common fireproof boards after long-term use. Its maximum fire resistance duration can reach 5 hours, fully meeting the fire separation requirements of large commercial complexes and chemical park workshops. At the same time, the board adopts aldehyde-free E0-level environmental protection formula, which will not release harmful volatile substances, balancing fire safety and indoor air quality safety. In addition, the board has good moisture-proof, acid and alkali resistance, which can be stably used in humid and corrosive environments without additional waterproof treatment, reducing later maintenance costs.

The conventional size is 1220mm×2440mm, with three thickness options of 12mm, 15mm and 18mm to adapt to different fire resistance level requirements. The density of the board is 1.3-1.5g/cm³, the bending strength is ≥15MPa, and the impact resistance meets the standards. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.032 W/(m·K), the sound insulation performance is more than 45dB, and the moisture content is controlled within 8%, effectively avoiding board deformation caused by humidity changes. It complies with domestic and foreign fire protection standards such as ASTM E119 and GB 8624 Class A, and can provide third-party test certification reports to ensure stable and reliable performance.
It is mainly applicable to high-rise commercial office buildings, large shopping malls, industrial plants, underground parking lots, chemical storage yards and other building scenarios with strict fire separation requirements. It can be used as indoor partition walls, fire compartment walls, pipe shaft sealing plates, cable trench covers, etc. In addition, due to its excellent moisture and corrosion resistance, it can also be used in building partition walls in humid areas in southern China, clean partition walls of food processing plants and other scenarios, meeting the dual requirements of fire protection and environmental protection in different industries.
