The product has excellent flexibility, allowing bending to a minimum radius of 50mm without cracking, making it suitable for various curved surfaces. It has a UL 94 V-0 fire rating, low smoke and non-toxic properties, and meets EU CE environmental protection standards. The adhesive mounting method is simple and does not require professional construction tools, reducing installation costs. It can be directly coated with decorative paint, meeting the aesthetic needs of high-end commercial spaces while ensuring fire safety.
The standard size is 1000mm × 2000mm, with optional thicknesses of 3mm and 5mm. The density is 650 kg/m³, with a moisture content of ≤2%. It has a tensile strength of ≥5MPa, conforming to GB 8624 standard. The flame spread index is ≤12, smoke developed index is ≤45, and it provides a sound insulation rating of 28 dB. It can withstand short-term high temperatures of up to 1200℃ and is compatible with most building decoration materials.
It is suitable for curved surface partition walls in museum exhibition halls, special-shaped decorative walls in commercial complexes, soundproof and fireproof walls in KTV private rooms, decorative fireproof layers in hotel lobbies, and interior decoration projects with special-shaped design requirements.
