Product features:

This product features a 4-hour fire resistance rating, making it suitable for long-term high-temperature exposure scenarios. Its waterproof and mold-resistant properties ensure no deformation or mildew growth in rainy or humid environments. The high density and fiber reinforcement provide high impact resistance and anti-cracking performance, extending the service life to more than 20 years. It is non-toxic and non-polluting, meeting Class A non-combustible standards, and can be directly coated with exterior paint without additional treatment.

Product specifications:

The standard size is 1200mm × 2400mm, with optional thicknesses of 15mm, 18mm, and 20mm. The density is 1300 kg/m³, with a water absorption rate of ≤8%. It has a bending strength of ≥20MPa, conforming to ASTM C1396 standard. The flame spread index is ≤5, smoke developed index is ≤30, and it meets EPA non-toxic material standards. It is resistant to ultraviolet rays and temperature changes from -40℃ to 80℃.
