The fly ash composite formula reduces production costs while ensuring sufficient structural strength, making it a cost-effective roofing solution for large-scale projects. The smooth flat surface is specially designed for photovoltaic panel integration, allowing direct installation of solar panels on the tile surface without additional mounting brackets. It has excellent wind resistance performance, suitable for coastal and high-wind regions, and the flat surface reduces dust accumulation, making daily cleaning and maintenance easier. It also meets UL 2218 hail resistance standards, providing reliable protection for building roofs against severe weather.

Each tile measures 600mm in length, 400mm in width and 10mm in thickness, covering an area of 0.24 square meters per piece, with approximately 4.17 tiles required per square meter of roof. The net weight of a single tile is 2.8kg, with a compressive strength of not less than 30MPa, meeting industrial roofing material performance standards. The water permeability is controlled at ≤5%, achieving IPX7 waterproof rating, suitable for most temperate climate regions. It requires asphalt felt underlayment during installation, and is compatible with steel structure and concrete roof substrates. The recommended installation slope ranges from 20° to 60°, making it suitable for standard industrial and residential roof structures.

This product is mainly applicable to modern minimalist single-family residences, industrial plants, warehouses, logistics centers, commercial office buildings and large-scale batch construction projects. It is an ideal choice for low-budget roofing renovation and new construction projects, especially suitable for industrial and commercial buildings with large roofing areas. It can also be used for low-rise residential building roofing in suburban areas, providing a cost-effective and durable roofing solution.
