This product has excellent thermal stability, with no decomposition under high-temperature processing conditions of 180℃, and good compatibility with most plastic and rubber resins. Its moderate molecular weight balances lubrication effect and processing stability, avoiding excessive precipitation that would affect product performance. It can reduce the melt viscosity of resins by 20-30%, improving production efficiency by 10-15% compared to using no lubrication aids. It can be used alone or combined with other processing aids to meet the customization needs of different plastic products.
The product has a molecular weight range of 1500-3000, dropping melting point of 102-112℃, density of 0.91-0.93 g/cm³, penetration of 3-5 0.1mm, volatile content ≤0.8%, acid value ≤1.0 mgKOH/g. It is available in white granules or fine powder, with melt viscosity of 80-120 mPa·s at 140℃. The recommended addition ratio is 0.5-3.0% of the total resin weight. The standard packaging is 25kg woven bags, with 25 pallets per 40-foot container, and custom packaging specifications are supported.
It is applicable to plastic and rubber modification processing scenarios, including PVC pipe production, PP injection molding products, PE film manufacturing, rubber seal processing and engineering plastic modification.
