This hydrogenated modified stearic acid has ultra-high melting point and thermal stability, is not easy to oxidate and deteriorate, and has high hardness, making it suitable for shaping wax products. It is compatible with most plastic, rubber, and adhesive raw materials, improving the gloss and wear resistance of products. It uses an environmentally friendly hydrogenation process without harmful by-products, and has passed ROHS 2.0 and REACH certification, solving the pain points of traditional stearic acid that are prone to oxidation and have poor gloss.

The product has a purity of ≥99.2%, iodine value ≤0.1 g I/100g, melting point between 73-75℃, acid value of 205-210 mg KOH/g, moisture content ≤0.1%, acid value batch variation ≤±0.5 mg KOH/g, bulk density of 0.62 g/cm³, and is packaged in 20kg cartons with inner polyethylene liners. It has an oxidation stability of ≥6 months at 25℃, complies with ROHS 2.0 and REACH regulations, and has a 3-year shelf life when stored in sealed containers. It uses high-pressure hydrogenation saturation technology to completely convert unsaturated fatty acids into saturated stearic acid.

This hydrogenated modified stearic acid is used as a hardness regulator for high-end cosmetic waxes and candles, a tackifier for hot melt adhesives, a lubricant and release agent for plastics and rubber, and a raw material for food packaging hot melt adhesives. It is suitable for wax product factories, hot melt adhesive manufacturers, plastic processing plants, and high-end beauty brands, helping enterprises improve product quality and stability and meet the needs of the high-end market.
