Made from refined palm or coconut oil via precision fractionation, this product has impurity and heavy metal levels far below food safety regulatory limits. Compared with standard commercial stearic acid, its uniform acid value ensures consistent performance across every production batch, with no residual off-flavors that could compromise food taste or appearance. It also boasts excellent long-term storage stability, maintaining quality for up to 24 months when stored in cool, dry conditions without direct sunlight exposure.

This product appears as a white powder or flaked solid with a particle size of 100-200 mesh and a density of 0.94 g/cm³. It is packaged in food-grade HDPE drums with a net weight of 25 Kilograms per container. It must be stored in a ventilated, dry environment away from direct heat or moisture, and complies with both FDA 21 CFR Part 172.860 and China GB 2760 food additive safety standards.

It is primarily used as a mold release agent for bakery molds to prevent sticking of bread, pastries and cookies, improving production efficiency in commercial bakeries. It also acts as an emulsifier in chocolate coatings and人造 butter to enhance texture and shelf life, and as a polishing agent for hard candies to create a smooth, glossy finish. Target customers include commercial bakeries, dairy product manufacturers, confectionery producers and food ingredient distributors.
