After oxidation modification, it has appropriate carboxyl groups, which can be better compatible with EVA and polyolefin hot melt adhesive resins, improve bonding strength and coating fluidity. Compared with unoxidized polyethylene wax, it has a longer open time, which can adapt to the coating requirements of high-speed packaging production lines, and will not affect the curing speed of hot melt adhesives. It is made of refined raw materials, has no pungent smell, complies with EU REACH environmental protection standards, and can be used for food-contact hot melt adhesive products with food contact certification.

The acid value is 15-25 mg KOH/g, melting point is 95-105℃, softening point is 92-102℃, viscosity at 140℃ is 1000-1500 mPa·s, compatible with EVA and polyolefin hot melt adhesive systems, bonding strength increased by ≥10% (tested according to GB/T 2791), open time extended by more than 30%, no halogen and no heavy metals. Storage conditions: sealed storage in cool and dry place, avoid high temperature and exposure to sunlight. Shelf life is 6 months. Packaging specifications: 25Kilograms paper bags, 1000Kilograms ton bags.

It is suitable for packaging sealing hot melt adhesives, book wireless binding hot melt adhesives, non-woven fabric bonding hot melt adhesives, shoe material bonding hot melt adhesives, electronic component packaging hot melt adhesives and other scenarios, improving the performance and processing efficiency of hot melt adhesives and meeting the production requirements of various hot melt adhesive products.
