Customized for the special performance requirements of cable sheaths, its high insulation performance will not affect the conductive performance of cables, and its excellent thermal stability can adapt to the high-temperature processing environment of cable extrusion. After addition, it can improve the UV aging resistance of the cable sheath and extend the service life of the cable, solving the industry pain point of ordinary polyethylene wax easily precipitating in cable materials and affecting insulation performance. It uses a halon-free formula, complying with EU ROHS and Chinese cable environmental protection standards, and can be used for the production of various high and low voltage power cables and communication optical cable sheaths.

The melting point is 108-115℃, appearance is white uniform granules, volatile content ≤0.3%, thermal decomposition temperature ≥320℃, volume resistivity ≥1×10^16 Ω·cm, tensile strength increased by ≥5% (tested according to GB/T 1040), low temperature resistance: no cracking at -40℃, complies with UL 94 V-0 standard, no halogens and no toxic halogen compounds. Addition ratio: 1%-3% (based on total cable material weight). Packaging specifications: 25Kilograms paper bags, 1000Kilograms ton bags.

It is suitable for high-voltage power cable sheaths, low-voltage civil cable sheaths, communication optical cable sheaths, photovoltaic cable sheaths, automotive low-voltage cable sheaths and other scenarios, improving the processing performance and durability of cable sheaths and meeting the production standards of various cables.
