This product is produced using high-purity polyethylene raw materials and strict food-grade purification technology, without any harmful additives. The content of heavy metals and volatile substances is far lower than the food contact safety standards. Its ultra-fine powder shape can be evenly dispersed in food packaging coatings, forming a dense hydrophobic protective film, improving the scratch resistance and waterproofness of the packaging without affecting the transparency. In candy coatings, it can improve the gloss and anti-sticking performance of candy, extending the shelf life. The product has passed third-party food contact safety testing, suitable for food packaging, food processing and candy manufacturing enterprises with extremely high safety requirements.
The product appears as white ultra-fine amorphous powder, with average particle size of 15-25μm, melting point of 102-112℃, acid value ≤0.2 mg KOH/g, density of 0.94 g/cm³, volatile content ≤0.08%, heavy metal (lead, cadmium, arsenic) content ≤0.1 mg/kg. It is packaged in 10kg food-grade PE plastic bags and packed in cartons, stored in a dry and cool place, with a validity period of 3 years.
It is mainly applicable to food packaging coatings (such as composite film coatings, tinplate food can coatings), food contact plastics (such as food-grade PE containers, plastic tableware), candy and chocolate coatings, food processing equipment anti-sticking coatings and other fields. In food packaging coatings, it can improve the moisture resistance and scratch resistance of the packaging, ensuring the long-term storage safety of food; in candy coatings, it improves the gloss and anti-sticking performance of candy, preventing adhesion between candies; in food-grade plastic tableware, it improves the surface smoothness and anti-sticking performance of the products. It is suitable for food packaging, food processing and candy manufacturing enterprises.
