This product is prepared using melt grafting technology, with stable and controllable grafting rate. The maleic anhydride functional groups on the molecular chain can react with the end groups of polar resins such as PA and PET to form covalent bonds, greatly improving the interface bonding force between non-polar polyethylene and polar resins. Compared with traditional compatibilizers, this product has both lubricating and compatibilizing functions, improving the processing fluidity and mechanical properties of blends at the same time, without additional compatibilizing additives. Its light yellow pellet shape is convenient for metering and feeding, adapting to automated production equipment and avoiding dust pollution.

The product appears as light yellow cylindrical pellets, with particle size of about 2mm×4mm, grafting rate of 1.2-1.8%, acid value of 25-35 mg KOH/g, melting point of 100-110℃, density of 0.97 g/cm³, melt viscosity (140℃) of 20-30 mPa·s, volatile content ≤0.1%, moisture content ≤0.05%. It is packaged in 20kg paper-plastic composite bags, stored in a cool and ventilated place, with a validity period of 2 years.

It is mainly applicable to PA/PE blends, PET/PE composite materials, PC/PE alloy modification, water-based coating compatibilizers and other fields. In PA/PE blends, it can improve the tensile strength and impact strength by more than 30%; in PET composite materials, it improves the interface bonding force and improves the water resistance and mechanical properties of the product; in water-based coatings, it acts as a pigment dispersing aid and compatibilizer to improve the storage stability of the coating. It is suitable for polymer material modification enterprises and coating manufacturers.
