Made by ultra-fine grinding process, the average particle size is only 5-10μm, which can be uniformly dispersed in coatings and inks systems without agglomeration. Compared with traditional coarse-particle polyethylene wax, its smaller particle size can achieve a more delicate matting effect, while endowing the coating with excellent scratch resistance, with pencil hardness up to 2H or above. Its low acid value and high compatibility ensure that it will not affect the original performance of coatings and inks, and it is environmentally friendly and odorless, meeting VOC emission requirements.

It appears as micro white ultra-fine powder, with average particle size of 5-10μm, D90 particle size ≤15μm, melting range of 98-105℃, density of 0.94 g/cm³, acid value ≤0.3 mgKOH/g, volatile matter ≤0.08%, flash point of 255℃. It has excellent compatibility with solvent-based acrylic coatings and polyurethane inks, and is packaged in 20kg per Cartons, which is convenient for transportation and storage in workshops.

It is widely used in scenarios such as furniture coatings, automotive original paint, packaging printing inks and digital jet inks. Adding only 0.5-2% of this additive can achieve significant scratch resistance effect, and can adjust the coating gloss from high gloss to semi-matte, meeting the appearance needs of different customers. It is an indispensable functional additive in high-end coatings and inks formulas.
