Compared with ordinary PE wax, its high molecular weight structure gives it a higher melting point (120-130℃) and thermal stability, which can withstand high-temperature processing environments above 320℃, and will not decompose and produce harmful substances at high temperatures. Its excellent lubricating performance can improve the bonding strength and curing speed of hot melt adhesives, while improving the processing fluidity of cable insulation materials and reducing equipment energy consumption. Compared with synthetic high-temperature lubricants, this high melting point PE wax has better compatibility, and will not affect the electrical performance and mechanical strength of products, and is widely used in high-end industrial product fields.

It appears as a white granular solid, with a particle size of 3-6mm, a melting point of about 125℃, a density of 0.97g/cm³, an acid value of ≤0.3mg KOH/g, volatile content of ≤0.3%, a thermal decomposition temperature of ≥330℃, and a melt flow rate improvement rate of ≥25%. It is packaged in plastic woven bags, with a net weight of 25 Kilograms per bag.

It is mainly used in high-temperature processing scenarios such as EVA hot melt adhesives, wire and cable insulation materials, automotive engineering plastic accessories, industrial seals, etc., improving the processing efficiency and heat resistance of products, meeting the performance requirements of high-end industrial manufacturing, and helping enterprises improve the market competitiveness of their products.
