A key advantage of this product is its uniform particle size, which helps form highly consistent foam cells and enhances the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of plastic products. It features a wide foaming temperature range that can be adjusted to suit different processing requirements, with an expansion ratio of 40 to 60 times to effectively lower the density of plastic products. Its low residual monomer content helps reduce chemical pollution in the production environment and supports the safety of finished products. It also alleviates common issues with traditional foaming agents such as rough product surfaces and insufficient dimensional accuracy.

The particle size of this microsphere foaming agent ranges from 10μm to 50μm, with a bulk density of 1.05 g/cm³. The foaming temperature range is 80°C to 150°C, and the glass transition temperature is 60°C, ensuring stable performance during processing. The expansion multiple is between 40 and 60 times, and the residual monomer content is less than 0.1%, which will not affect the transparency of transparent plastic products. It complies with EU REACH and FDA 21 CFR standards, and is packaged in 20kg plastic drums. It should be stored at temperatures below 30°C, with a shelf life of 18 months.

This microsphere foaming agent is mainly used in the production of precision electronic component cushion packaging, automotive interior lightweight parts, optical gasket materials, high-end cosmetic packaging liners, and sports equipment buffer parts. It is suitable for high-end manufacturing enterprises that require high product quality and lightweight performance, helping them improve the competitiveness of their products in the international market.
