Adopts high-activity azo derivative formula, with stable and controllable foaming ratio, and releases no corrosive by-products during decomposition. It can be adapted to both continuous and batch foaming production lines. Compared with traditional blowing agents, it can reduce raw material costs by 5% while improving the resilience and air permeability of the foam, and solves the problem of reduced product strength caused by oversized pores in traditional blowing agents.

It appears as light yellow powder, with decomposition temperature error ≤±2℃, foaming ratio fluctuation ≤±3%, net content of 25kg per bag, conforms to ISO 9001 quality management system standards, has a storage validity period of 12 months, and should avoid direct sunlight during storage. The average particle size is 10-15μm, and it has good compatibility with common polyurethane foam production additives.

Mainly used for automotive interior flexible foams, furniture sponges, insole foaming, toy filling sponges and other scenarios. It adapts to domestic mainstream polyurethane foaming production equipment, and can meet the quality requirements of mid-to-high-end furniture and automotive parts. It is suitable for mass production of sponge products, with stable product quality and low reject rate.
