It uses microencapsulation technology to increase the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, helping reduce premature degradation during rubber and plastic mixing and compression molding. The foamed products feature fine and uniform cell structures with few surface defects, and show good resilience and aging resistance. Compared with similar products, it provides a wider processing window and can adapt to various vulcanization process parameters.
It appears as white powder, with an average particle size of 15μm, decomposition temperature deviation ≤±3℃, net content of 20kg per carton, conforms to REACH regulatory standards, and should be stored in a cool and dry place away from high temperature and moisture. It has good compatibility with EVA and PE materials, and will not affect the crosslinking efficiency of rubber materials.
Used for EVA slippers, yoga mats, automotive rubber seals, sports gear fillers, rubber and plastic insulation pipes and other scenarios. It can meet the environmental certification requirements of the EU market, and is suitable for the production of high-end rubber and plastic products, with stable product performance and consistent quality.
