Uses supercritical carbon dioxide as the foaming medium, which does not produce any by-products. The foaming process is controllable, and the pore size and density of the foam can be accurately adjusted. Compared with traditional foaming processes, it can reduce product weight by 30-50% while improving the buffer performance and thermal insulation performance of the product. It has no chemical residues and fully meets food contact safety standards.
It is supplied in high-pressure steel cylinders, with a filling volume of 50kg of liquid carbon dioxide per cylinder, working pressure of 12MPa, and is compatible with all mainstream single-screw and twin-screw extrusion production lines. The foaming system needs to be equipped with a dedicated metering pump and mixing chamber, and the operation requires professional technical training. The shelf life is 36 months under proper storage conditions.

Used for food packaging buffer materials, disposable lunch boxes, automotive interior lightweight parts, electronic component packaging, insulation panels and other scenarios. It can meet EU food contact certification and RoHS environmental protection requirements, and is suitable for the production of high-end lightweight plastic products, reducing production costs while improving product performance.
