This product has the advantages of non-toxic and odorless, uniform foaming, and full compostability. It is compatible with PLA and starch-based biodegradable plastics, and will not affect the biodegradation performance of the final products. It solves the pain points of traditional non-degradable foaming agents that cause white pollution, and also solves the problem of poor compatibility between traditional foaming agents and biodegradable substrates. Its low odor grade ensures that it will not affect the taste of food products.
The foaming ratio of this foaming agent ranges from 15 to 30 times, and the decomposition period in compost environment is less than 180 days. It complies with FDA 21 CFR food contact safety standards and EU EN 13432 compostable standards, with OK Compost TUV AUAS-007 certification. The applicable processing temperature is between 130°C and 170°C, matching the processing temperature range of most biodegradable plastic processing equipment. It is packaged in 10kg cartons, and should be stored at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C, with a shelf life of 6 months.
