The average particle size of the blowing agent is 15 μm, ensuring uniform dispersion in PVC resin. The decomposition temperature ranges from 160°C to 180°C, perfectly matching the processing temperature range of most PVC production lines. The residual content after decomposition is less than 0.1%, and the pH value is controlled between 6.5 and 7.5 to avoid corrosion of processing equipment.
