The core advantage of this product is its composite base material design, which combines the strong adsorption capacity of coconut shell activated carbon for organic matter and heavy metals with the high strength stability of coal-based activated carbon, solving the performance shortcomings of single-base activated carbon in water purification scenarios. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, can operate stably for a long time in the water environment with pH 2-12, and the wear rate is ≤2%, which will not cause a lot of dust pollution to water quality during use. Compared with traditional granular activated carbon, its honeycomb structure has a larger specific surface area and lower wind resistance, which can be adapted to large-flow water purification treatment systems, and has passed NSF food contact certification, meeting the safety standards for drinking water treatment.

The conventional appearance size of the product is 50mm×50×50mm, which can also be customized according to customer needs. The base material is coconut shell + coal-based composite activated carbon, with an iodine value range of 900-1000mg/g, moisture content ≤4%, pH resistance range of 2-12, wear rate ≤2%, porosity of 72%±2%, chlorine removal rate ≥98% in water, heavy metal (lead, mercury, etc.) adsorption rate ≥90%, service life of 8-10 months under normal water purification working conditions, and complies with the national GB/T 13803.2 water purification activated carbon standard.

It is mainly suitable for drinking water purification plants, industrial circulating water treatment systems, household water purification equipment, swimming pool water treatment, advanced treatment links of sewage treatment plants and other scenarios. It can be installed in activated carbon filter tanks and water purifier filter elements, which can effectively remove residual chlorine, odor, organic pollutants and heavy metals in water, improve water quality safety, and meet domestic drinking water hygiene standards and EU drinking water treatment certification requirements.
