The product adopts a 120*120*80mm honeycomb specification, with a hole density of 12 holes per square inch. The base material is special modified carbon fiber composite, bonded with high-temperature resistant ceramic adhesive. The maximum working temperature reaches 800℃, and the ignition point is 650℃, which meets the safety standards of high-temperature industrial waste gas treatment. The moisture content is controlled within 1.5%, and the ash content is ≤4%. Each pallet contains 12 cubic meters of products, packaged in high-temperature resistant packaging materials to avoid damage during transportation.

This product is suitable for high-temperature industrial waste gas treatment scenarios, including industrial kiln tail gas purification, waste incineration plant exhaust treatment, metallurgical plant waste gas purification, and glass factory flue gas treatment. It can also be used in the purification of high-temperature waste gas in chemical plants and thermal power plants, as well as the waste gas treatment of biomass power generation projects.
