This product features high strength and anti-pulverization performance, with secondary activation process to improve adsorption capacity. Its unique honeycomb porous structure greatly reduces airflow resistance, reducing system pressure drop by 30% compared with traditional granular activated carbon. It also has good water resistance, which can be applied to waste gas scenarios with high moisture content. It solves the industry pain points of traditional activated carbon such as troublesome loading, large wind resistance and easy pulverization and blockage. It can be directly installed in waste gas treatment towers without additional auxiliary devices, reducing installation and operation costs, and its service life is extended by 40% compared with ordinary granular activated carbon.

Its detailed technical parameters include iodine value of 800 mg/g, moisture content ≤5%, ash content ≤8%, pore size 2-5 nm, external dimension 100×100×50 mm, single block weight about 1.2 kg, water pressure resistance ≥0.3 MPa, maximum operating temperature 400℃, applicable pH range 3-12, bulk density 0.45-0.55 g/cm³. It can be customized into thickness specifications ranging from 50 to 150 mm according to customer needs, meeting the requirements of different waste gas treatment equipment and working conditions.

It is mainly applied to industrial waste gas treatment systems in industries such as chemical, coating, printing, pharmaceutical and leather. It can be installed in fixed bed adsorption towers and rotary adsorption devices to purify VOCs waste gases such as benzene, alcohol and ester, as well as malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. It can also be used in the flue gas pretreatment link of waste incineration plants to effectively remove harmful components in flue gas and achieve standard discharge. It is suitable for various scales of industrial waste gas treatment projects, and can be combined with other purification equipment to form a complete waste gas treatment system.
