It adopts modification treatment to improve the adsorption selectivity of activated carbon to organic matter in water, avoiding the interference of water hardness components of traditional activated carbon. The modular structure design makes replacement and maintenance more convenient. A single module can cover the water treatment flow of about 10 cubic meters per hour, reducing the installation space by 50% compared with traditional granular activated carbon. It solves the industry pain points of traditional water treatment activated carbon such as troublesome loading, easy caking and high replacement cost. At the same time, it has good anti-microbial adhesion performance, extending the service life.

Each box contains 4 modules, with a total weight of about 15 kg per box. The single module size is 400×400×200 mm, iodine value 900 mg/g, moisture content ≤4%, ash content ≤7%, porosity ≥70%, filtration precision 10 μm, applicable water temperature 5-40℃, applicable pH range 4-10, bulk density 0.48-0.55 g/cm³. The module comes with installation slots, which can be quickly spliced into treatment units of different scales, meeting the needs of different water treatment projects.

It is mainly applied to the advanced purification link of municipal tap water plants, tail water upgrading and renovation of industrial sewage treatment plants, community direct drinking water systems and swimming pool water treatment systems. It can be used to remove odor, residual chlorine, pesticide residues and organic pollutants in water, improving water quality safety and taste. It can also be used for water purification in aquaculture to maintain water cleanliness.
