The core advantage of this product is its surface modification treatment, which solves the industry pain point that traditional activated carbon is prone to sulfur poisoning and decreased adsorption performance in flue gas desulfurization and denitrification scenarios. It has excellent sulfur poisoning resistance, can operate stably for a long time in high sulfur flue gas environment, and the maximum service temperature can reach 500℃, which is suitable for high temperature flue gas treatment scenarios. The compressive strength is ≥0.8MPa, which can withstand the wind pressure impact of industrial flue gas treatment systems and is not easy to powder. Compared with traditional desulfurization and denitrification adsorbents, its honeycomb structure has a larger specific surface area and higher adsorption capacity, and the service life can reach 12-18 months, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance costs of enterprises, and complying with national ultra-low emission environmental protection standards.

The conventional appearance size of the product is 150mm×150×100mm, which can also be customized according to customer needs. The base material is modified coal-based activated carbon, with an iodine value range of 850-950mg/g, moisture content ≤6%, compressive strength ≥0.8MPa, porosity of 70%±3%, sulfur dioxide removal rate ≥96% in flue gas, nitrogen oxide removal rate ≥92%, service life of 12-18 months under normal industrial working conditions, and complies with the national GB 13271 boiler air pollutant emission standard.

It is mainly suitable for industrial scenes that produce sulfur and nitrogen containing flue gas, such as thermal power plants, industrial boilers, waste incineration plants and steel plants. It can be installed in flue gas desulfurization and denitrification systems, bag dust collectors and other equipment, which can effectively remove SO2, NOx and other pollutants in flue gas, help enterprises achieve ultra-low emission, comply with domestic and international environmental protection requirements, and is suitable for large industrial enterprises.
