The core highlight of this product is its excellent low-temperature desorption performance, with a desorption temperature range of 80 to 120℃, reducing the energy consumption of the desorption system by more than 30% compared with traditional high-temperature desorption processes. Its high solvent recovery rate of over 92% can efficiently recover organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate and other common printing and coating solvents, reducing production costs and environmental pollution. The modified pore structure has good thermal stability, can work stably at temperatures up to 100℃, and has a long service life of 12 to 24 months, reducing the frequency of replacement and later operating costs.

The standard unit size is 100mm×100mm×100mm, and customizable sizes are available according to user needs. The iodine value ranges from 1000 to 1100 mg/g, with a specific surface area of 1000 to 1150 ㎡/g, and bulk density between 440 and 500 kg/m³. The moisture content is controlled at ≤5%, ash content ≤9%, and the airflow resistance is ≤95 Pa per meter of air flow. The desorption temperature range is 80 to 120℃, and the solvent recovery rate for common organic solvents is ≥92%. The working temperature range is 0 to 100℃, and the service life is 12 to 24 months depending on the concentration of target solvents and the frequency of use.

This product is widely applicable to organic solvent recovery scenarios in the printing, coating, chemical and other industries, including printing workshop ethanol recovery, coating workshop ethyl acetate recovery, chemical raw material solvent purification and recycling, and packaging factory organic waste gas treatment and recovery. It can efficiently recover organic solvents, reduce the consumption of raw materials, reduce production costs, and meet national environmental protection emission standards, realizing the recycling of resources and sustainable production.
