The iodine value of 1050mg/g ensures strong adsorption capacity for organic waste gases such as benzene, xylene and sulfur dioxide. The high compressive strength of 1.2MPa can adapt to complex industrial site environments, and the low moisture content ensures that the product will not mildew or deteriorate during storage. It solves the pain points of ordinary activated carbon products that fail quickly in high-humidity environments, and provides a reliable purification solution for industrial waste gas treatment in humid scenarios.

The product adopts a 150*150*70mm honeycomb specification, with a hole density of 20 holes per square inch. The base material is food-grade modified coconut shell activated carbon, bonded with waterproof resin adhesive without toxic substances. The water absorption rate is controlled within 5%, and the moisture content is ≤2%, which can effectively resist the erosion of water vapor. The ignition point reaches 500℃, which meets the safety standards of industrial high-temperature exhaust gas treatment. Each pallet contains 15 cubic meters of products, which is packaged in waterproof plastic film to avoid moisture damage during transportation.

This product is suitable for high-humidity industrial waste gas treatment scenarios, including printing and dyeing workshops, sewage treatment plant deodorization, food processing plant air purification, and marine ship exhaust treatment. It can also be used in air purification systems in coastal areas with high humidity, as well as waste gas treatment projects in chemical plants that produce water-containing organic waste gas.
