The biggest advantage of this product is its water-repellent modification treatment, which solves the industry pain point that the adsorption performance of traditional honeycomb activated carbon decreases under high humidity working conditions. At the same time, it has high porosity and uniform pore size distribution, which increases the adsorption capacity by more than 30%. Adopting compression molding process, the product has stable structure and is not easy to powder, reducing the frequency of later maintenance and replacement. Compared with granular activated carbon, it has lower wind resistance, which can be adapted to large-air-volume waste gas treatment systems. It also has good high-temperature resistance, which can stably operate for a long time in working environment below 400℃, effectively reducing the operation and maintenance costs of enterprises.

The conventional appearance sizes of the product are 100mm×100×100mm and 150mm×150×100mm, which can also be customized according to customer needs. The base material is first-class coal-based powdered activated carbon, with an iodine value range of 1000-1200mg/g, moisture content ≤5%, water absorption rate ≤10%, porosity of 75%±3%, maximum service temperature of 400℃, static adsorption removal rate of benzene series ≥95%, service life of 6-12 months under normal industrial working conditions, and complies with the national GB/T 14107 activated carbon combustion performance standard, with good flame retardant performance.

It is mainly suitable for industrial scenes that produce organic waste gas, such as coating workshops, printing factories, chemical production workshops and pharmaceutical factories. It can be installed in waste gas treatment systems such as regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO), activated carbon adsorption box and catalytic combustion equipment, and can also be used in the odor treatment link of sewage treatment plants, helping enterprises to achieve VOCs standard discharge and meet domestic and EU CE environmental protection certification requirements.
