The core advantage of this product lies in its ultra-fine particle size and super large specific surface area, which can achieve 2-3 times faster adsorption speed than ordinary powdered activated carbon. The wood base material has low ash content and no heavy metal residues, meeting the food and pharmaceutical safety standards. The ultra-fine particle size ensures that it can be evenly dispersed in the treatment system, improving the contact area between the material and pollutants. It does not need to be ground before use, reducing the processing cost of the project. It has good stability and will not produce secondary pollution during use.

This product uses wood as the base material, with a specific surface area of 1520 m²/g, an iodine number of 1120 mg/g and a methylene blue adsorption value of 145 mg/g. The particle size is 500 mesh, and the ash content is less than 6.5%, with a moisture content of 4.2%. The heavy metal content is less than 0.1ppm, meeting food and pharmaceutical safety standards. The bulk density is 0.38 g/cm³, which is convenient for storage and transportation. The pH value is between 6 and 8, suitable for most liquid purification scenarios. It is packaged in 10kg food-grade cartons, with a built-in moisture-proof layer to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration during transportation.

This product is mainly applicable to fine purification scenarios, including food and beverage syrup decolorization, fruit juice clarification, pharmaceutical intermediate purification, fine chemical solvent decolorization and cosmetic additive purification. It can effectively remove trace color substances, odors and impurities in the product, improve the purity and appearance of the product, and meet the high-quality requirements of food and pharmaceutical industries.
