Adopting ultra-pure wood raw materials, it undergoes strict purification processes including acid washing, high-temperature calcination and ultra-fine grinding to achieve purity of ≥99.9%, with ash content ≤0.5% and heavy metal content ≤0.1 ppm, far higher than ordinary activated carbon products. Its uniform particle size and stable adsorption performance can meet the high-precision requirements of laboratory analysis and high-end manufacturing, solving the pain point that ordinary activated carbon cannot meet the purity requirements of scientific research and high-end production.

The raw material is ultra-pure hardwood, with multiple acid washing and high-temperature activation processes at 1000-1100℃. The purity is ≥99.9%, iodine adsorption value is 1300 mg/g, methylene blue adsorption value is 180 mg/g, ash content is ≤0.5%, moisture content is ≤2%, average particle size is 10 μm, pH value is 7.0±0.5, heavy metal content is ≤0.1 ppm, and complies with ASTM D3467 standard. It is packed in 1kg sealed glass bottles with nitrogen protection, with a shelf life of 5 years, and needs to be stored in a dry and dust-free environment.
