Using high-quality coconut shell as raw material, it undergoes multiple acid washing and high-temperature activation processes to achieve ultra-low heavy metal and ash content, ensuring compliance with FDA and GB 2721 food safety standards. Its high decolorization rate and adsorption capacity can effectively remove pigments, organic impurities and odors from sugar, wine, edible oil and pharmaceutical intermediates, without affecting the original flavor and components of the products. It is easy to separate and recover, reducing production waste and costs for enterprises.

The raw material is premium coconut shell, with activation temperature of 900-1000℃. The iodine adsorption value is 1200 mg/g, methylene blue adsorption value is 150 mg/g, ash content is ≤3%, moisture content is ≤3%, average particle size is 15 μm, pH value is 6.0-7.5, heavy metal content is ≤0.5 ppm, caramel decolorization rate is ≥150%. It is packed in 25kg food-grade polyethylene bags, with a shelf life of 3 years, and needs to be stored in a cool and dry place.

It is suitable for decolorization and purification of edible oil, sugar, wine, juice and other food products, as well as purification of pharmaceutical intermediates, antibiotic extraction, vitamin production and other pharmaceutical production links.
