The product is treated with high-temperature activation to increase surface active sites, which has good compatibility with rubber matrix. The reinforcement index reaches more than 35, which can improve the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber by 27-29% and tear strength by 21-23%. It improves the fluidity of mixing rubber, reduces processing energy consumption, and avoids the problems of poor dispersion and easy agglomeration of common kaolin in rubber processing, effectively improving the service life and appearance quality of rubber products.

The product complies with rubber industry testing standards: reinforcement index is 35±2, tensile strength enhancement rate is 27-29%, particle size D50 is 3.0-3.5μm, moisture content is no more than 0.2%, pH value is 7.0-8.0, ash content is below 0.4%, silicon-aluminum ratio is 2.7-3.1, activation degree is 90% minimum, true density is 2.58 g/cm³, tear strength enhancement rate is 21-23%. It is packaged in 20kg paper-plastic composite bags or 1000kg pallets, suitable for large-scale rubber product production lines.
It is suitable for truck tire sidewalls, rubber sealing strips, industrial rubber hoses, shoe sole materials and other rubber products. Typical application scenarios include radial tire manufacturing, industrial sealing component production, footwear manufacturing and other rubber processing industries. It can improve the durability and wear resistance of rubber products, meeting the performance requirements of high-end rubber product manufacturers.
