Produced from high-grade kaolin through 1500℃ high-temperature calcination, the impurity content is strictly controlled, and the alumina content is as high as 42.5%. It has excellent high-temperature volume stability, with a volume shrinkage rate of only 0.12% after firing at 1500℃. It can increase the compressive strength of refractory castables to 85MPa, and its low thermal conductivity can effectively reduce the heat loss of kilns. It is free of alkali metal impurities, avoiding corrosion at high temperatures, and is suitable for refractory material production of high-temperature kilns such as iron and steel blast furnaces and petrochemical heating furnaces.

The alumina content is 42.3%, iron oxide content is 0.04%, load refractoriness is 1620℃, volume stability is 0.13%, particle size D50=4.5μm, D90=9.8μm, moisture is 0.3%, pH value is 7.2, bulk density is 0.82g/cm³, thermal conductivity is 0.78 W/m·K, compressive strength after curing is 82MPa. It is packaged in 1 Ton/Pallet moisture-proof ton bags.
It is used for the production of iron blast furnace castables, petrochemical heating furnace refractory bricks and cement kiln lining materials, as well as a filler for high-temperature thermal insulation materials. It is suitable for the construction and maintenance of high-temperature industrial kilns, helping enterprises reduce the maintenance cost and heat consumption of kilns.
