This product has low iron and titanium content, high alumina content and flaky particle structure. The low impurity content ensures that the fired ceramics have uniform color and no obvious spots, while the flaky structure improves the plasticity of the green body and reduces the cracking risk during firing. The high refractoriness makes it suitable for high-temperature firing processes, solving the pain point of ordinary kaolin that cannot meet the high-temperature resistance requirements of special ceramics.

Produced by high-temperature calcination of refined kaolin ore at 1200-1300℃, this calcined kaolin has the following specifications: whiteness reaches 93% ISO minimum; SiO2 content is 45-48%, Al2O3 content is 39-41%; ignition loss is ≤0.7%; refractoriness is ≥1750℃; particle size D50 is 1-2μm, with flaky crystal form; moisture content is ≤0.3%; Fe2O3 content is ≤0.15%, TiO2 content is ≤0.03%; pH value is 7.0-8.0. It is packed in 25kg waterproof cartons or 1 ton pallets to meet different transportation needs.
This ceramic grade calcined kaolin is widely used in daily ceramic production such as tableware, tea sets and art ceramics, as well as architectural ceramics like tiles and floor tiles, and special insulating ceramics for electric power and electronics industries. It is added to the ceramic green body formula to improve the forming performance and firing quality, reducing the rejection rate of finished products and meeting the performance requirements of various ceramic products.
