It can greatly increase the gloss of paper to over 85%, and the excellent ink absorption performance improves the printing color restoration rate by 12%. It is free of heavy metal impurities and meets EU food contact material safety standards, solving problems such as paper yellowing and printing stains caused by low-grade fillers.

The particle size distribution is D50=0.8μm and D90=1.8μm, with whiteness of 92% ISO, alumina content of 38.2%, iron oxide content of 0.07%, moisture of 0.3%, bulk density of 0.62g/cm³, 325 mesh sieve residue of 0.003%, pH value of 7.0, thermal stability temperature of 1380℃, refractive index of 1.56. It is packaged in moisture-proof laminated polypropylene woven bags of 25kg per Bag.
It is mainly used for surface coating process of art paper, coated white board and thermal paper, as well as pigment filling and commercial printing paper production. It is suitable for coating operations of high-speed paper machines, helping paper mills improve product grades and meet the quality requirements of high-end packaging printing.
