Different from traditional carbon black reinforcing filler, this calcined kaolin has spherical particle structure, which can reduce the energy consumption during rubber mixing and improve mixing efficiency. Its excellent reinforcing performance can significantly improve the tensile strength, wear resistance and aging resistance of rubber products, and will not affect the color and transparency of rubber products. Neutral pH value will not negatively affect the rubber vulcanization system, ensuring the stability of vulcanization reaction. Compared with uncalcined kaolin, its low moisture and low ignition loss avoid bubbles and pores during rubber mixing, solving the industry pain points of unstable rubber product performance and high mixing energy consumption caused by traditional fillers, and complies with EU REACH environmental protection standards.

Detailed parameters: Reinforcing index ≥82, average particle size D50 is 3.2μm, oil absorption 42±3g/100g, tensile strength improvement rate ≥37% (compared with blank sample), ash content ≥93.5%, pH value 6.5±0.3, moisture content ≤0.25%, wear resistance improvement ≥27%, packaging adopts 25kg polypropylene woven bag or 1000kg ton pallet, store in dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture agglomeration affecting mixing effect.
It is mainly used in tire treads, rubber seals, automotive rubber foot pads, industrial rubber belts and other fields. It can be used as a reinforcing filler in combination with carbon black, reducing the amount of carbon black while maintaining excellent mechanical properties; it is especially suitable for light-colored rubber products, which can maintain the beautiful color of the product and improve the service life of the product, and has been recognized by many tire manufacturing enterprises.
